2025-09-14: Lake 50

To start with some digital, and of course Bob (me) being an absolute dork (together with the cute wolf Botch)

Here we have the regular black and white photo's, on a new-for-me stock.
As someone used to shooting Velvia 50 the slow speed was not too much of an issue, however it was when editing i noticed the absolute level of details.

Really these photo's felt like being shot on 120, it's impressive what the smaller grain can achieve. I can say I am a fan!

I also tried out the Labbox for the first time; not entirely confident. I have an annoying stripe across all frames and I kinda wanna blame it for that.

As I still had some of the film left (I cannot spend 36 images on a testroll like ever) I decided it was as good of a moment as any to dedicate them to continue my trichrome experiments.

The results: For so far surprisingly good, but still room for improvement.

The first one I used RGB lights instead of filters, and I barely had to correct it (sadly I misfocussed). The others were based on a profile card but could do with some improvements, my filters are subpar and so is my method of holding them in front of the camera.
